Bank transfers without opening an account

The Russian Regional Development Bank offers the possibility to individuals to carry out transfers and payments in rubles across Russia without opening an account. To do so, only identity papers and a payment notice or receipt are required.

These transfers allow paying for utilities and other services, taxes, as well as carrying out various mandatory and voluntary contributions.

Monetary funds deposited for transfer without accounts are not subject to insurance in accordance with FZ No. 177 dated 23.12.2003 On insurance of deposits of individuals in banks of Russia.

Transfers without opening an account are carried out in all RRDB offices.
