The Russian Regional Development Bank presents a new program called "Mortgage for IT Specialists". The program is intended for employees of IT companies.
Today, the information technology sector receives unexampled support from the state and business sectors. The RRDB offers attractive mortgage terms for specialists in this high-demand industry.
For such clients, the preferential mortgage rate will be:
- 4.4%* per annum for borrowers – employees of the Rosneft Company Group and for borrowers who receive their salary via their bank card;
- 4.8% per annum for other borrowers.
"Mortgage for IT Specialists" can be applied for until December 31, 2024 (inclusive) for a period of 3 to 30 years. The loan amount may range from 500 thousand to 18 million rubles.
The loan is provided for the acquisition of property rights to an apartment under an equity participation agreement from developers accredited by the bank. It is also possible to purchase an apartment or a house with a land plot under a purchase and sale agreement from a legal entity that is the first owner of the real estate after obtaining a permit to put the building into service.

* Upon the expiration of three months after the dismissal of the borrower (IT specialist) from the company and in the absence of information about the employment of such borrower (IT specialist) and/or in the event of the identification of information about the previously received or a new loan under this program within the specified period, the preferential rate will be changed. The rate will correspond to the Bank's Tariffs being in effect on the date of the decision to grant the loan, but not exceeding the key rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation established on the date of the conclusion of the loan agreement, increased by 2.5 percentage points.
** up to 18 million rubles inclusive – for real estate located within a constituent territory of the Russian Federation with a population of more than 1 million people, up to 9 million rubles inclusive – for residential premises located in other constituent territories of the Russian Federation, but not exceeding 85% of the cost of the apartment.
