The Russian Regional Development Bank has reduced rates on most mortgage programs such as: "Subsidized Mortgage", the basic programs "Mortgage. Ready-made Housing", "Mortgage. New Building", "Direct Mortgage Loan". Now the RRDB mortgage rates are as follows (in % per annum):
- from 5.3% to 5.7% under the "Family Mortgage" program
- from 8.4% to 8.6% under the "Subsidized Mortgage" program
- from 12.50% to 12.70% for the purchase of ready-made real estate or real estate under construction
- from 13.00% to 13.20% for a loan on the existing real estate.
In addition, the RRDB has extended the duration of the program with state support "Subsidized Mortgage": now you can get a mortgage loan upon it until December 31, 2022 (inclusive). Under this program, uoy can get a loan for the purchase of an apartment or a house with a land plot, under construction or ready-made. Loan term: from 3 to 30 years. The base rates are 8.40% for the "Company PP", "Company", "Payroll Project" segments and 8.60% for the "Partner", "External Client" segments. The loan amount ranges from 500 thousand to 12 million rubles for the purchase of real estate in Moscow, the Moscow Region, St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region, and up to 6 million rubles ffor the purchase of real estate in other regions. The subsidized mortgage loan can be applied for when buying an apartment under construction in a new building from developers accredited in the bank or when buying a ready-made apartment or house from any developer, other legal entity that is the first owner of the real estate.
