RRDB has opened another office in the Samara Region

Moscow, 24 March. The Russian Regional Development Bank has opened a new office in the Samara Region.

This additional office was established on the basis of RRDB Samara Branch. The opening data were entered in the Credit Organization Registration Book of the Bank of Russia on 1 March 2010. This new office is located at the following address: 446301 Samara Region, Otradnkiy, ul. Sovetskaya, 89, and is headed by Mr. Yuriy Viktorovich Kolobanov.

RRDB continues expanding in the Samara Region in accordance with its strategy aiming at increasing its branch network in the regions where the oil company Rosneft operates to provide the banking facilities necessary to the oil company, which is RRDB main shareholder and strategic partner. RRDB branch and additional offices in Novokuibyshevsk, Syzrani and Samara currently operate in this region.

Yuriy Melnikov, RRDB vice-president coordinating the Bank regional activities, noted: “Otradniy is the largest oil production center with an advantageous location equidistant from other industrial facilities. The new additional office will provide convenient and efficient banking services mainly to the employees of Rosneft companies in the region such as ZAO Otradnenskiy Gas Proscessing Plant, OAO Samaraneftgas, and employees of Rosneft affiliated companies. RRDB additional office in Otradniy will also serve other individual and legal entities in the region.

Together with the newly established subdivision, the regional network of the Russian Regional Development Bank currently has 8 branches and 30 additional offices and operational offices in the Central, Southern, Northern Caucasus, North-Western, Volga, Ural and Siberian federal districts, as well as 4 banking offices in Moscow. The banking network of RRDB group is due to expand further in 2010.
