Moscow, 2 February. The Russian Regional Development Bank has expanded the possibilities of its service SMS-Informing for RRDB cardholders. As part of this service, the Bank offers to its customers an additional instrument to plan and monitor their expenses: the new option Active Service. This function allows receiving account balances and mini-statements, as well as blocking cards using sms messaging. In order to do so, a bank cardholder needs to send an sms request from his/her mobile phone using a special code. The current service SMS-Informing is such that upon any movements on a customer’s bank account, the Bank notifies its customers by sending an sms to their mobile phones informing about the transactions concluded and the current balance on their accounts. The option Active Service offers to the Bank customers the possibility of giving feedback, as well as obtaining information on their account at any time. RRDB does not charge any additional fees to use the option Active Service so that the cost of the services SMS-Informing has remained the same. |
