Video-conference with Argentina

Dmitriy Titov, RRDB president and chairman of Russia Argentina Business Council, held a video-conference with Eksekielem Espinosa, president of the Argentinean state energy company ENARSA.

At the Business Council invitation, representatives of the largest Russian companies experienced in implementing large scale projects developing mineral deposits, building oil and gas infrastructure in Russia and abroad (Rosneft, Stroytransgaz, Eurasian Pipeline Consortium, VNII Geology Abroad) took part in this video-conference.

In his opening speech, Dmitriy Titov noted that given the aim to improve the efficiency of oil and gas industry in Argentina, the experience of Russian companies may be in high demand in Argentina. Dmitriy Titov said: “The Russian Regional Development Bank is ready to support Russian companies with projects in Argentina by providing a full range of financial services.”

Mr. Espinosa talked about ENARSA immediate plans to develop oil fields on the Argentinean shelf and lay gas pipelines. Mr. Espinosa also invited Russian companies to take part in the implementation of these projects. He noted: “The specialization of all participants in the video-conference corresponds to ENARSA field.”

Each participant in the video-conference briefly presented his/her company and asked interesting questions.

At the end of the video-conference, on behalf of the Russia Argentina Business Council, Dmitriy Titov, invited Mr. Espinosa to Russia next year and presented his greetings for the coming holidays.

ENARSA is a state company that develops oil and gas fields, produces, transports oil, gas and electricity, as well as sells them. It holds exclusive rights to the granting of concessions for exploration and development of fields on the Argentinean shelf.
