RRDB and Zheldoripoteka have signed a cooperation agreement

Moscow, 08 December. The Russian Regional Development Bank has entered into a cooperation agreement with CJSC Zheldoripoteka to sell apartments to the employees of RRDB key clients.

This project has been implemented in the first place for the staff of the bank main shareholder, the oil company Rosneft and its subsidiaries, as well as for the employees of RRDB group. Under the terms of the agreement, discounts and special offers will be granted to buy properties from CJSC Zheldoripoteka. The apartments can be bought in already erected buildings or in buildings under construction developed by CJSC Zheldoripoteka in Arkhangelsk, Yekaterinburg, Chelyabinsk, Odintsov, Kislovodsk, Samara, Saratov, Penza, Surgut, Nizhniy Novgorod, Izhevsk and Voronezh.

Dmitriy Guslits, managing director coordinating this project on behalf of OJSC RRDB, noted: “This agreement represents the development of a joint program between RRDB and reliable builders in the regions of Russia. This program began with our collaboration with LenSpetsSMU.”

Vitaliy Votolevskiy, general director of CJSC Zheldoripoteka, commented: “In 8 years, we have gained a unique experience not only in implementing corporate housing program, but also in deepening our knowledge of particular regional markets in the country. The cooperation between OJSC RZhD and RRDB allows us to take over a quarter of the market of corporate housing programs. Moreover, we expect this market segment to grow and we plan to take over 40-50 per cent of this market in the next 5 years.”
